Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GlintRank (glintrank.com), a software service operated by an independent developer based in Beijing, China. By using the free tools or subscribing, you agree to them. Contact: hello@glintrank.com.

The service

GlintRank checks public web pages for technical SEO and AI search readiness, finds ranking opportunities in Search Console data you provide, and uses AI to draft suggested changes such as page titles, descriptions and answer paragraphs. Features marked “Soon” on the pricing page are not yet available and are not part of what you pay for until they launch.

No guaranteed results

Search engines and AI assistants decide rankings, indexing, traffic and citations. GlintRank does not and cannot guarantee any position, traffic level or AI citation. Suggestions are based on the data available to us and may not suit every site.

AI-drafted suggestions

Drafts are written by an AI model using facts from your pages and are checked automatically, but they can still be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before you use it. Nothing changes on your website unless you apply it yourself or give us explicit, revocable permission.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Creem, our merchant of record, which also charges any applicable sales tax or VAT and issues your receipts. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our refund policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Only check websites you own or are allowed to analyze, and do not use GlintRank to overload, attack or scrape sites, to bypass our rate limits, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Your content and data

You keep all rights to your website and data. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Availability and changes

We work to keep GlintRank available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, you may cancel and request a refund for the unused part of the current month.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, GlintRank is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, rankings or traffic. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be waived.

Ending the service

You may stop using GlintRank at any time. We may end or suspend a subscription for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, and will refund any prepaid unused period if we end it without such a breach.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and email subscribers before the changes take effect.
